The South-South Awards is a high-level gala event highlighting contributions by governments, the UN, private sector & civil society towards the advancement of the MDGs & sustainable development across the global South. World leaders, senior government officials, ambassadors, heads of international organizations & celebrities gather each year to honor the outstanding contributions by people & organizations to social development, economic growth & environmental awareness.
We designed a full branding package for this prestigious annual gala. This involved every touchpoint from the logo to invitations to the trophy presented at the event. With an audience of distinguished guests, potential sponsors and government leaders, it was critical that the design elements needed to communicate a sense of prominence and credibility. The branding was very well received and continues to grow in scale each year.
