Founded in 1936 by Spanish immigrants, Goya Foods, Inc. is the largest Hispanic-owned food company in the United States and the premier source for authentic Latin cuisine. Combined with authentic ingredients, robust seasonings and convenient preparation, Goya provides consumers with over 2,500 high-quality and affordable food products from the Caribbean, Mexico, Spain, Central and South America.
With the challenge of a distributed workforce of over 6,500 across the globe, we designed and printed a newsletter to engage employees at every level. We conducted interviews, took photos, and collected stories on location to create a shared sense of purpose from the leadership to the front-line staff. Employees responded positively, expressing that they felt informed and connected to Goya’s corporate social responsibility initiatives.
